We adhere to standardized experimental protocols, use authenticated cell lines from recognized repositories, and report both positive and negative findings. Methodology & Standards
Authenticated Cell Lines
All cell lines used in our research are obtained from recognized repositories (ATCC, DSMZ) and authenticated by STR profiling prior to experimental use. Regular mycoplasma testing is performed to ensure culture integrity.
Validated Assay Platforms
We employ validated, widely-accepted in vitro assay platforms for cytotoxicity assessment, apoptosis analysis, and mechanistic studies. Assay validation data are maintained and available upon request for collaborative partners.
Reproducibility Standards
All experiments are conducted in biological triplicate at minimum. Statistical analysis follows established conventions for in vitro pharmacological studies. Data are retained in accordance with good laboratory practice principles.
Transparent Reporting
We report experimental findings comprehensively, including negative results and data that do not support initial hypotheses. Our publication strategy prioritizes scientific contribution over positive-result bias.

All research conducted by Bluegrass Oncology Advancements LLC is performed exclusively in validated in vitro cell culture systems. Our research program does not involve human subjects, animal models, or any procedures requiring Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) oversight. This commitment to purely in vitro methodology is both a scientific choice and an ethical one — enabling us to conduct meaningful cancer research within a framework that requires no biological subjects beyond established cell line models.
